Operation
Hydraulic dock leveler is equipped with hinged lip. They are used for forklift access from the dock in the back of the
truck during loading / unloading. At the beginning of the dock leveler is raised to its maximum height (thanks
to the master cylinder) and nearly turn ramp opens (use a small hydraulic cylinder ramps). Then levelers
gently lowered down until it reaches the level of the body of the truck. Preparation of the dock is ready for
the process of loading / unloading is complete. Then the platform goes up the ramp again turns and equipment
comes to the starting position.
Installation
This kind of hydraulic dock leveler will be installed into pit, Forklift trucks can drive directly to carriages from ground
to carry out cargoes. They can reduce a lot of manual works, improving working efficiency and saving time so as
to gain greater economic benefit.
